If the dealer's hand is between 17 and 21, he or she may not draw any additional card. If the dealer's hand is 16 or below, cards must be drawn until the dealer's hand has a value of 17 or higher. The 10, Jack, Queen, and King are all valued at 10. Insurance - is offered to the players if the dealer's up card is an Ace, to protect against a dealers Black Jack.
