If the dealer's hand is between 17 and 21, he or she may not draw any additional card. If the dealer's hand is 16 or below, cards must be drawn until the dealer's hand has a value of 17 or higher. An Ace can count as either 1 or 11. Split - if your starting hand contains two cards of the same type (i.e. two 9's) you can split them up into two new hands.
