Blackjack Gambling Bonuses
The origin
of Blackjack is somewhat unclear. The game became known as Blackjack because if a player
held a Jack of Spades and an Ace of Spades as the 1st two cards, the player was
paid out extra. In 1931, Nevada re-legalized
casino gambling where BlackJack became one of the primary games of chance
offered to gamblers. Roughly 70 Native American
Indian reservations operate or are building casinos as well. The object of
the game is to obtain a hand of cards totaling up to 21 or as close to 21 as
possible without going over. Jacks, Queens and Kings always have a value of 10. If the
dealer's hand is between 17 and 21, he or she may not draw any additional card.
If the dealer's hand is 16 or below, cards must be drawn until the dealer's hand
has a value of 17 or higher. If
your first two cards total 21, you have Blackjack and win 3:2 odds on your bet
automatically unless the dealer draws Blackjack as well causing a tie or a
"Push." In the case of a tie, no money is won or lost. An Ace can
count as either 1 or 11. The cards from 2 through 9 are valued as indicated. The
10, Jack, Queen, and King are all valued at 10. Surrender - this decision is quite rare and not offered is most casinos. After you see your starting hand and the dealers up card and you don't think you can win, you have to give your cards back to the dealer
immediately. If you surrender you will only lose half of your original bet.
Blackjack Casinos
The Arthurian online casino welcomes you Arthurian Casino is one of six online casinos that are all run by Vegas Partner Lounge
Fortune Room Casino is a member of the huge Fortune Lounge group of casinos and having been operating for over 5 years, is one of the older casinos players can visit Although I have played at some of the other casinos in this group, Virtual City was not one I had tried before and with my fingers itching for a gamble I decided it was time for another review The first thing that must be stated about this casino is that although it is Microgaming-powered, it only operates in a flash environment
