If your hand beats the dealer's hand, you win. Once all bets are placed, each player and the dealer will receive two cards. Jacks, Queens and Kings always have a value of 10. If the dealer "Busts" or has a hand that exceeds 21 and your hand is less than 21, you win! The cards from 2 through 9 are valued as indicated. Split - if your starting hand contains two cards of the same type (i.e. two 9's) you can split them up into two new hands.
